Burgundy Garlic Angel Hair Pasta

Secondo - Main Course

2 lbs (2-16 oz packages) Botticelli Angel Hair Pasta
3/4 cup Botticelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 stick butter
1/2 cup parsley
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup Burgundy wine
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, freshly grate


  • Fill large pot with water and cook pasta to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, add olive oil, butter, garlic, parsley, wine & tomatoes to a large skillet. Sauté until butter is melted and flavors have blended. Garlic will be browned. Stir frequently.
  • When pasta is done, drain well and add back to large pot. Add your garlic sauce and mix well.
  • Serve with a dash of salt, parmesan cheese & additional parsley.
