Garlic Alfredo

Our Garlic Alfredo combines our delicious Alfredo with aromatic garlic. For those who crave more garlic in their lives, this decadent sauce is made with farm-fresh garlic, fine Italian Cheeses, and cream to elevate the flavor of our traditional Alfredo. It's incredibly versatile and can be poured over pasta and added to soups, casseroles, and even pizzas! With endless possibilities, this sauce guarantees to take your dishes to a whole new level of taste.

Cooking Instructions: Heat sauce gently in a saucepan over medium-high heat for four minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta. 

Pancetta Alfredo

Feeds 4-6 People


  • 1 lb. fettuccine pasta
  • 8 oz. pancetta, diced
  • 1 jar Botticelli Garlic Alfredo
  • shredded fresh parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • fresh parsley, for garnish


Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest. Set aside. 

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the diced pancetta until it turns golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the pancetta from the skillet and place it on a paper towel lined plate to drain the excess fat. Leave about 1 tbsp. of the rendered fat in the skillet. 

In the same skillet with the rendered pancetta fat, add the Garlic Alfredo and pasta water. Stir to combine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the pancetta.

Once sauce has thickened to desired consistency, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. 

Serve and enjoy with freshly grated parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
