PREPARATION

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the mixed greens, Italian Antipasto, pepperonis, salami, mozzarella, and provolone.
  2. In a shaker bottle, add the olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Shake until frothy and pour into your mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well to coat everything evenly. Pour out into a decorative serving dish, serve, and enjoy!
