Pistachio Cream

Pistachio Affogato

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop high-quality vanilla gelato
  • 1 shot (1oz) hot Botticelli Espresso
  • 2 tsp Botticelli Pistachio Cream
  • Crushed pistachios, for garnish
  • Flakey sea salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Place 1 scoop of vanilla gelato into the center of a small glass or dessert cup.
  2. Pour the espresso over the gelato letting it fall around ball of gelato.
  3. Gently warm the pistachio cream in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes pourable but not too hot and then drizzle the pistachio spread over the top of the ice cream.
  4. Sprinkle with the crushed pistachios and flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
