COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Heat sauce gently in a saucepan over medium-high heat for a few minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta.

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION  

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place the potatoes onto a baking sheet and toss with Baking EVOO, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Place the potatoes cut-side down for 25-30 minutes until golden, crispy and tender.
  3. In a small saucepan, gently heat the Spicy Marinara until warmed through.
  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add the Cooking EVOO and add the spinach. Sauté until just wilted. Season lightly with salt and remove from the pan.
  5. To the same saucepan, add the eggs and cook to your preference. Top with fresh ground black pepper.
  6. In a bowl, layer the crispy potatoes, warm spicy marinara, spinach, and eggs. Add a sprinkle of parmesan, parsley and chili flakes, serve and enjoy!
