INGREDIENTS
2 cups fresh cranberries
¼ cup cane sugar
¼ cup Botticelli Balsamic Vinegar
Juice and zest of 1 orange
2 cinnamon sticks
Pinch of salt
PREPARATION
Add everything to a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook, stirring often until the cranberries “pop” and the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
