Balsamic Cranberry Sauce


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup cane sugar
  • ¼ cup Botticelli Balsamic Vinegar
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Pinch of salt

 

PREPARATION

  1. Add everything to a medium saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook, stirring often until the cranberries “pop” and the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
