Caramelized Date & Yogurt Bowl


INGREDIENTS: 

PREPARATION:

  1. Split the dates in half and remove the pits. In a small cast iron skillet, melt 1-2 tbsp. of butter. Sautee the dates, split side down, for a few minutes until crisp and caramelized.
  2. In a bowl, add a few scoops of yogurt. Add in the caramelized dates, then top with Botticelli Finishing Olive Oil and a pinch of flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
