Fluffy EVOO Waffles

Bring Some Love To Breakfast


  • 1 ½ Cups (280g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup +2 Tablespoons (255g) Whole Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Botticelli Baking Extra Virgin Olive Oil



In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and Baking Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk together just until a batter forms. Do not over-mix, it's okay if the batter is a little lump.

Use a tablespoon for mini waffles or a measuring cup for large waffles. Pour the batter onto a greased and preheated waffle iron. Cook until both sides are golden brown, about 4-6 minutes. 

Top with butter, fresh strawberries, and maple syrup.
