VEGETARIAN | EGG FREE
INGREDIENTS:
For the dough:
- ½ cup water
- ½ tbsp. granulated sugar
- ½ tbsp. active dry yeast

½ tbsp. Botticelli Baking Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ¼ cup 00 flour
- ½ tsp. sea salt
For the pizza:

Botticelli Hot Honey Pizza Sauce
- Freshly shredded mozzarella
- Goat cheese
- Hot honey for drizzling
- Red pepper flakes
- Freshly shredded parmesan
PREPARATION:
- To make the pizza dough, combine warm water, yeast and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, or until bubbly. Gently stir in olive oil. Add in the flour and salt and mix together by hand until shaggy.
- Attach the dough hook and mix on low for 5 minutes. The dough should be sticky but form a ball when scraped away from the bowl. Place in an oiled bowl, cover and let rise for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- Stretch the pizza dough out into a round on a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread on some hot honey sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Add the goat cheese and bake (on a baking steel if you have one) for 8 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with finishing olive oil and hot honey.
- Sprinkle on some red pepper flakes and fresh parmesan. Enjoy!
