INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12oz) pizza dough
- mini fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- fresh parsley, for garnish
- 1 cup Botticelli Alla Vodka Sauce
PREPARATION
- Portion the pizza dough into 16-20 pieces.
- Shape into rolls and stuff a mini mozzarella pearl into each roll. Pinch the bottom of the dough together to close. Set aside, covered with a dish towel.
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl and then mix in the grated parmesan, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Toss each pizza dough roll into the butter then place in a pie plate with a ramekin in the center or small bundt cake pan. You can pour some of the leftover butter mixture on top of the rolls as well. Cover with a dish towel and place in a warm spot for 20 minutes to rise.
- While the rolls are resting, preheat the oven to 375F.
- Bake the pull apart rolls for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven.
- Bring 1 cup of the Alla Vodka Sauce to a simmer in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and fill the ramekin with the warm Alla Vodka Sauce. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Dip the rolls in the sauce and enjoy!
