Fresh pumpkin seeds
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder, or any other favorite seasonings
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 330F.
- Rinse your pumpkin seeds (separate from the pulp.)
- Pat them dry with a paper towel and place them onto a lined baking sheet.
- Next, toss them with Botticelli Baking Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, or any other favorite seasonings.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip on the pan to roast the other side of them. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until seeds begin to brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes.
- Enjoy as a delicious snack, topping on an autumn salad, or as part of a festive charcuterie board.
