Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Let's use up those pumpkin seeds from our pumpkin carving this season!



Preheat your oven to 330F.

Rinse your pumpkin seeds (separate from the pulp.)

Pat them dry with a paper towel and place them onto a lined baking sheet.

Next, toss them with Botticelli Baking Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, or any other favorite seasonings.

Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip on the pan to roast the other side of them. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until seeds begin to brown.

Remove from oven and let cool for five minutes.

Enjoy as a delicious snack, topping on an autumn salad, or as part of a festive charcuterie board.
