Perfect As A Dip Or Spread
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chickpeas, drained but save liquid
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon of tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 roasted sweet potato
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup to sweeten
- 1 teaspoon Botticelli Finishing Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- flakey salt, for garnish
- roasted pumpkin seeds, for garnish
PREPARATION
In a food processor, add chickpeas, 1/4 cup of chickpea liquid from the can, sweet potato, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, salt, cinnamon to a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Transfer into a serving dish and finish with Botticelli’s Finishing EVOO, sea salt, and roasted pumpkin seeds
