Chicken & Spinach Alfredo Pizza

Perfect for White Pizza Lovers


  • 16oz of Fresh Pizza Dough, available at your local grocery store

  • 1 cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup of Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. of Botticelli Minced Garlic
  • 1 Rotisserie Baked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Botticelli Alfredo Pasta Sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese


If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven and preheat to 450F. Let the stone heat for 10 minutes. If you don't have a pizza stone, you can also use a pizza/baking pan, but wait to add it to the oven.

Spread your pizza dough out in a circle or specific pan shape. Ladle the Alfredo sauce evenly across the dough. Spread the minced garlic and add the mozzarella cheese to cover as much of the pizza as you'd like.  

Then, evenly place penny-sized spoonfuls of the ricotta cheese on your pizza. Add the chicken and spinach, making sure all the ingredients will be in each bite. 

Place your pizza on the hot stone or onto your pan and place in the oven. Let cook until the bottom forms a nice crust and the cheese bubbles.

Remove from oven when done, and let sit for one minute. Drizzle more Alfredo sauce on top of the pizza using a piping bag or spoon. Slice and enjoy!
