Who Doesn't Love a One-Pot Meal?
1 pound of your favorite pasta, we prefer Paccheri for this recipe
1 12oz Smoked Beef Kielbasa Sausage
2 Tablespoons Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 1/2 cups of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
Parmesan cheese for garnish
Slice sausage into 1/4’’ thick rounds. Add Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a large deep skillet over medium heat and then add sausage; sauté until nice and browned.
Once your Kielbasa is done browning, add in your jar of Botticelli Spicy Marinara sauce. Stir together to coat your sausage evenly. Let cook for 1 minute stirring together to let your flavors marry.
Add in pasta to the pot and mix together so that your pasta gets coated in the sauce. Add of broth and make sure your broth just covers the top of your pasta. Add in more broth if needed. Stir, cover and let cook for about ten minutes.
Check your pasta for doneness. If it has too much broth, let cook uncovered until pasta is your desired texture.
Top with some freshly grated parmesan cheese and serve.
