Spicy Seafood Marinara with Linguine

Impressive Dinner in Minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 16oz Linguine Pasta

  • 1 lb Thawed Seafood Mix. We used shrimp, mussels, scallops, clams, but use your desired seafood
  • 1 Jar of Botticelli Spicy Marinara Pasta Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Parsley and Crushed Chili Pepper for Garnish

 

PREPARATION

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Pour in linguine and cook to package directions or until they reach your desired bite. Reserve a cup of pasta water and set aside. 

In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, pour in our Spicy Marinara Pasta Sauce. Once it starts to bubble, pour in the pasta water and place your seafood mix in. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. 

Uncover and check your seafood, ensuring your clams and mussels have opened, and your shrimp are cooked. Add in your linguine and stir to evenly coat the pasta with the sauce. 

Serve with parsley and added chili pepper if desired!

TIP:

Add a splash of white wine with the pasta water to deepen the flavor of this already easy and amazing dish.
