KETO FRIENDLY | GLUTEN FREE | EGG FREE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. chicken wings, tips discarded
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 jar Botticelli Alla Vodka Sauce
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Spray the rack with non-stick spray.
- Use paper towels to pat the wings dry and set aside.
- Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder in a large bowl. Then add the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings, skin side up, in a single layer on the prepared wire rack. Bake on the upper middle oven rack, for 40 minutes or until the wings are crispy and browned, flipping the wings half way through the bake.
- While the wings are baking, bring the vodka sauce to a simmer in a small saucepan. transfer the sauce to a large bowl. When the wings are done, remove them from the oven and lightly toss them in the warm vodka sauce. Add the remaining sauce to a ramekin for dipping. Serve and enjoy!
