Alla Vodka Pasta Sauce

Cooking Instructions: Heat sauce gently in a saucepan over medium-high heat for a few minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta. 

Italian Sausage & Ravioli Bake

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium high heat, add the Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once heated, add the sausage, and begin breaking it up using a spoon or masher. Let cook until browned, and then remove from heat. Drain any excess rendered fat.
  3. Then add the jar of Alla Vodka Sauce and stir to combine. Let cook for 2 minutes together, stirring often.
  4. In a tall 9x13in baking dish, first pour a ladle full of the meat sauce and spread thinly to coat the bottom of the dish.
  5. Then place a loose layer of raviolis followed by a thicker layer of the sauce, reserving enough to top off the bake.
  6. Next, place in the rest of your raviolis followed by the rest of the sauce.
  7. Next, top with the slices of mozzarella cheese and place in the oven to cook for about 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Switch the oven to broil for 5 minutes for even bubblier cheese.
  8. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley, serve and enjoy!
