- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1lb. ground chicken
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. kosher salt

- 1 egg
- 1 ½ tsp. Botticelli Minced Garlic
BUTTER TOPPING:
-
4 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 7x10 baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, parsley, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, Italian seasoning, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Form 4 large meatballs and press down a little in the center. Place in the baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temp reads 165F. Remove.
To assemble the sliders, you’ll need another 7x10in baking dish.
Place the bottom of the bun in the dish, add the meatball, add 2 tbsp. of Botticelli Marinara to the top, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top, top with the bun.
In a small bowl, mix the three butter topping ingredients together and brush the tops of the buns. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top of the buns are golden brown. Remove and use extra marinara for dipping. Enjoy!
