A Seasonal Salad Bursting with Flavor
5oz of Spring Mix Lettuce
- 1 Gala Apple, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup of Dried Sweetened Cranberries
- 1/2 cup of Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Chunks, you can also use shredded Parmesan
- Botticelli Finishing Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Botticelli Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
In a large salad bowl or platter, place your washed spring mix lettuce.
Arrange your apple slices evenly. Then add in your cranberries, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and Parmesan.
Drizzle with your desired amount of our Finishing Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and serve!
