1lb Pasta
- 1lb of Bacon

1 Jar Botticelli Alfredo Sauce

2 tbsp Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A pinch of Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste

Parmesan Cheese & Parsley to Garnish
PREPARATION
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta of choice to al dente.
- Fry the bacon in about 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with some black pepper while cooking.
- When the bacon is cooked to your liking, remove it from the pan to a paper towel-covered plate and blot to remove excess oil. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a deep skillet, warm 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add in the pasta.
- Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add in 1 jar of Alfredo Sauce.
- Add in diced bacon.
- Toss together to coat pasta and bacon thoroughly.
- Serve with a garnish of parmesan cheese and parsley.
Tip: Add a splash of milk to the empty jar, cover, and shake to get the excess sauce out!
