Creamy Bacon Alfredo


INGREDIENTS

  • 1lb Pasta

  • 1lb of Bacon

PREPARATION

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta of choice to al dente.
  3. Fry the bacon in about 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with some black pepper while cooking.
  4. When the bacon is cooked to your liking, remove it from the pan to a paper towel-covered plate and blot to remove excess oil. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In a deep skillet, warm 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add in the pasta.
  6. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Add in 1 jar of Alfredo Sauce.
  8. Add in diced bacon.
  9. Toss together to coat pasta and bacon thoroughly.
  10. Serve with a garnish of parmesan cheese and parsley.

Tip: Add a splash of milk to the empty jar, cover, and shake to get the excess sauce out!
