INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound pasta, uncooked
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 jar Botticelli Roasted Garlic Sauce
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 onion
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 chicken breasts
PREPARATION
- Sauté chicken breasts, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until soft (8 minutes).
- Add the boxed pasta and 4 cups of chicken broth.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, uncover and stir in the Roasted Garlic Sauce.
- Stir well to combine and serve immediately.
