INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Jar Botticelli Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz shredded parmesan
- 20 oz fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli
- Fresh Basil, for garnish
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- In 9x13 inch rimmed baking dish, pour about ¼ cup of the Traditional Pasta Sauce and spread to coat the bottom of the dish.
- Then start at one end of the dish and place the ravioli in to create one neat and even layer. Top with some more sauce, then a handful of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers until all the ravioli is used.
- Top with any extra mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese.
- Cover and place in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is nice and bubbly and the pasta has cooked through.
- Then broil for 3-4 minutes to make the cheese golden brown. Remove and let stand for 4-5 minutes.
- Top with fresh basil leaves, serve and enjoy!
