Crispy and Delicious
1 lb Fresh salmon, skinless if preferred, separated into portions
- 4 tbs. Botticelli Frying Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Zest
- 5 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon, cut into slices
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Parsley for Garnish
Season salmon with salt and pepper to your taste.
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and add in the seasoned salmon skin side down first.
Let the salmon cook skin side down for 3-4 minutes, uncovered. Once golden brown, flip and sprinkle the zest, and add in the lemon juice. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes or until flaky and fully cooked.
Remove the salmon and add to the plate. Add your lemon slices and parsley as garnish and serve.
