Made for All Lemon Lovers
1 lb Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb Cavatappi pasta
1 tbsp Butter
4 tbsp of Lemon
I Jar of Botticelli Lemon Alfredo
Pinch of salt and pepper
Lemon zest to garnish
In a pot of salted water, cook the cavatappi pasta to package instructions or until your desired tenderness. Save 3/4 cup of the pasta water and drain. Set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, add your butter to a skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add in your shrimp, salt, pepper, lemon, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes or until pink and opaque.
Add the jar of Botticelli Lemon Alfredo and saved pasta water to your shrimp and begin stirring.
Once well combined, add in your pasta and stir to blend together.
Sprinkle the lemon zest on top to garnish and serve!
