While owning our own tomato farms, we also partner with a curated network of family farms across Italy that we personally vet and visit. Each grower is chosen for their commitment to cultivating only high-quality tomato varietals that meet our exact standards.

The Tomato Harvest
Our tomatoes are harvested from our family select farms at peak ripeness, meaning, fully red and juicy on the vine. Once picked, the tomatoes are delivered to our facilities and processed within 2-24 hours.
This rapid turnaround locks in the on-the-vine freshness, flavor, and the natural sweetness of our 100% Italian Tomatoes.
Why Peak Ripeness Matters
Around the world, many crops from bananas to tomatoes are picked early to afford their ripening during travel time. What this removes, is the full maturity of the crop to reach its full potential.
Our tomatoes are vine-ripened, not ripened in transit, resulting in the deeper flavor, better texture, and naturally balanced taste customers love and crave.
Naturally Sweet with No Added Sugar
Many homemade sauces crafted by home-chefs across the United States have a “secret ingredient.” Whether it’s a small sprinkle or a hefty sprinkle, there’s sugar in the sauce. This is often needed because the tomatoes used for scratch sauces in the states have a higher acidity level often causing them to make an unpleasant tasting sauce.
Thanks to the specific tomato varieties we use, our sauces benefit from naturally high sugar content developed on the vine, not added sugar during the cooking process. Because the sweetness comes straight from the tomato and not added in, our pasta sauces are great for people watching their blood sugar.
