INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp. Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Botticelli Calabrian Chili Crisp Pasta Sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4-6 large eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Fresh shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Crusty bread, for serving
PREPARATION
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 7-8 minutes, or until softened and the onion is translucent.
Pour in the Calabrian Chili Crisp pasta sauce and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
