Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 2 salmon fillets, about 6oz each
- 1 tbsp. Botticelli Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tbsp. Botticelli Minced Garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 lemon slices, optional
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 375F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the salmon fillets. If they have skin, lay them skin side down.
- Using a brush, spread the lemon olive oil across the salmon, then sprinkle generously with the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from oven and plate. Garnish with fresh parsley, a drizzle of lemon extra virgin olive oil, and the lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!
