Caprese Flatbread
INGREDIENTS
- 2 flat bread crusts
- 6-8 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups of arugula
- 1-2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced thin
- Botticelli Chef Select Finishing Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Botticelli Balsamic Glaze
- Botticelli Roasted Red Peppers, sliced into slivers
- Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Arrange the two flatbreads on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with Chef Select EVOO and add the slices of mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato slices, Roasted Red Peppers, and arugula on top of each flatbread.
- Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, serve and enjoy!
