INGREDIENTS
- 16oz of fresh pizza dough, available at your local grocery store
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Botticelli Truffle Alfredo Sauce
- 4 tbsp. Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
Spread the Truffle Alfredo on the dough in an even layer.
Next, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichokes, and parmesan cheese evenly to the edges.
Picking one of the shorter sides of rectangular dough shape, begin rolling firmly but also ensuring that you're not ripping the dough or squishing the contents out.
Once it's rolled, begin slicing 1 inch thick rolls. Place the rolls on your lined baking sheet about 1-2 inches apart.
In a small bowl, combine the Olive Oil with the garlic and the Italian Seasoning. Using a brush, stir the mixture together. Once combined, brush over the tops of the pinwheels.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed up.
Once done, remove them and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve them warm and enjoy!
