Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Marinated with Botticelli Pesto Sauce




Trim the chicken breasts of any excess fat and gristle. In a medium bowl, place your cubed chicken and the contents of one jar of Botticelli Pesto Sauce. Let marinate for 1 hour. 

Once ready, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers alternating with the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Pack them in tightly so they cook evenly. 

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Once all of your skewers are made, brush both sides with Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt. 

Grease the grill well and place all of your skewers on. Grill the kabobs until golden brown.
