INGREDIENTS
- 2 Chicken breasts, cubed
- 8oz Cherry tomatoes
- 8oz Mozzarella pearls
- 1 Jar Botticelli Pesto Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Trim the chicken breasts of any excess fat and gristle. In a medium bowl, place your cubed chicken and the contents of one jar of Botticelli Pesto Sauce. Let marinate for 1 hour.
- Once ready, thread the chicken pieces onto skewers alternating with the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella pearls. Pack them in tightly so they cook evenly.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Once all of your skewers are made, brush both sides with Botticelli Cooking Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with salt.
- Grease the grill well and place all of your skewers on. Grill the kabobs until golden brown.
