This sweet and tangy glaze has been made with the premium balsamic vinegar of Modena, Italy for a richer taste. It's best used as a sweet yet savory touch to meat and salad dishes. It can also be used as a unique topping for ice creams, fruit and other desserts.

Ingredients: Cooked Grape Must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (“Aceto Balsamic Di Modena IGP”) 39% (Cooked Grape Must, Concentrated Grape Must, Wine Vinegar, Caramel Coloring), Wine Vinegar, Thickeners: Guar Gum and Xanthan Gum.
